2017 Annual Conference: Call for Proposals

HLC is now accepting presentation proposals for the 2017 Annual Conference. Please review the Proposal Submission Guide before beginning your submission. Submit your proposal through the online Proposal Submission System

The 2017 Annual Conference will be held March 31–April 4 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago. It will include a special focus on the role of accreditation in Navigating the Future of higher education in relation to innovation and student success. The conference will be built on the framework that higher education can be agile and responsive, and conference programs will be constructed to provide resources for member institutions navigating the road ahead.

HLC invites presentation proposals addressing this theme through mission, integrity, teaching and learning, and institutional effectiveness. Proposals are invited for the General Program, Peer Corps Program, Academies Program, and Pathways Workshop.

Don’t delay—proposals are due August 1, 2016.

Conference Artwork

The 2017 Annual Conference artwork is based on a design submitted to HLC’s art contest by Karina Tafolla, a student at the American Academy of Art. Check back in winter 2016 for information about the 2018 conference art contest.
